Starting college is exciting… and a little overwhelming. Between applications, campus tours, dorm shopping, and a million tiny deadlines, it’s easy to feel like you're drowning in to-dos.
I sent my first child off to college last year—and let me tell you, times have definitely changed! From the overwhelming world of college applications, campus tours, dorm selection, parking permits, Greek life decisions, and more… it was a whirlwind. As a very Type A personality, I found myself stressing over all the details (and there were a lot of details).
Like many of you, I turned to my Facebook college parent groups and fellow mamas to help navigate everything. It truly took a village—but with a little planning and a lot of lists, we made it through!
During that process, I created two simple (but life-saving) documents that became my go-to tools that we used to help get my daughter ready for college!
