Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. It is best if you become a Member/Create a Login on our site so you can manage all of your appointments. If you cancel your appointment, we will issue a full refund less processing fees which are about 3% of each transaction.
