Design Service – Level 3: Premier Design Package -Format: 5 Total Meetings (Virtual or In-Person at our Frisco, TX Studio) -Includes 16 Hours of Behind-the-Scenes Design Time Meeting Breakdown: 1) Initial Consultation (1–2 Hours) We’ll dive deep into your college plans, personal style, and space goals. This session sets the tone for your fully custom dorm design. We’ll explore inspiration, review dorm layout details, and begin gathering ideas for your ideal setup. 2) Design Development Session (1–2 Hours) Review initial design board(s), make selections, and explore custom fabric options and furniture customization. Whether it's a headboard in your dream fabric or modifying furniture dimensions—we’ll tailor everything to fit your vision. 3) Design Refinement Meeting (1 Hour) Review your updated design board with final selections, discuss any space-specific needs, and make finishing touches to ensure every detail feels just right. 4) Space Planning Review (1 Hour) Walk through a detailed, wall-by-wall space plan based on your actual dorm layout. We’ll discuss furniture placement, product organization, and storage strategies—down to where each item will live in your space. 5) Final Presentation (1 Hour) We’ll present your complete and finalized design plan, including your dorm room, bathroom, and any shared living space (if applicable). This presentation includes product placement for every item in your space—down to the smallest accessories—so you’ll know exactly where everything goes on move-in day. From furniture layout to decorative details, we’ll ensure your space is both beautiful and functional.
