This premium service includes everything from our Level Three Custom Design Package, plus complete on-site install, delivery coordination, moving services, and the unforgettable dorm room reveal. Whether your student lives near campus or far away, we handle every detail so the space is perfectly set up and styled before move-in — no stress, no hauling, no late-night run to Target. What’s Included: - Everything in Level Three: Full design board, product links, space plan, 3D room rendering, and personalization. - Full Logistics + Delivery Coordination (billed separately): - Coordinate furniture receiving, delivery scheduling, and freight partners - Manage campus delivery requirements & timing - Oversee all delivery logistics from purchase to setup -On-Site Install: • Furniture placement in the dorm • Headboards, desks, shelves, mirrors, and décor installed exactly as designed • Bed made, rug placement, lighting + styling details done right • Unpacking and waste removal included -Dorm Reveal: • Final styling touches for a picture-perfect room • Professional photos of the finished space • Optional social media reveal moment *Note: Moving/freight coordination fees and products purchased will be billed separately. Our Level Four service is designed to showcase a fully curated DFW Dorms space. While we may incorporate select approved third-party items when necessary, core room elements — including furniture, bedding, and key styling pieces — must be sourced through our collection.
